REET 2017 admit card will be released by the BSER Rajasthan today. The REET exam 2017 will be conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER) on 11th February 2018. The applicants will have to download REET admit card from the official website by using their application number and date of birth. Total 9.80 lakh applications have been submitted for REET exam.

Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE or BSER) had released the notification of REET (Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers) 2017 in November last year. The online applications for REET exam were filled from 6th November to 4th December and the candidates were given one week time to make corrections in the submitted applications. Based on the data entered by the applicants, BSER will issue REET admit card for 11th February exam.

There have been widespread romours about REET exam cancellation since the release of the exam’s notification. The Secondary Education Board has clarified that the exam will be conducted as per schedule. As per the reports, 9.80 lakh candidates have applied for REET 2017 and there are around 35 thousand teacher positions to be filled through the exam.

REET 2017 will be conducted as two papers: Level 1 for Classes I to V and Level 2 for Classes VI to VIII. REET Level 2 paper will be conducted in the first shift from 10 am to 12.30 pm, followed by REET Level 2 paper in the second shift from 2.30 pm to 5 pm. According to the TET exam syllabus, REET paper will have 150 objective type questions. The details about the paper, test date, venue, and instructions can be checked from REET admit card.

The candidates must report to their allotted test center 30 minutes before the exam. They are required to carry REET admit card, one valid photo identity card, and a blue or black ballpoint pen. The candidates will have to answer the question paper on OMR answer sheets. The OMR answer sheets will be in two copies – one original copy and one candidate copy. After the completion of the exam, the candidates will have to submit the original copy to the invigilator, while they will be allowed to take the other copy with them.

The minimum passing marks in REET exam are 60% for all category candidates. The test carries maximum 150 marks, so the passing marks will be 90. However, for ST candidates of Scheduled Areas of Rajasthan, the minimum passing marks will be 36 percent. The candidates qualified in the exam will be issued a certificate which will remain valid for a period of 3 years.
